Split text into other column in excel

text to columns function of excel is very useful tools, sometime ago i was published how to change sentence to column in excel. In that example, I explain you about change sentences to the column here I am going to do the same thing by splitting the cell value by using the comma. there is too many split option. in fixed with option excel convert the text into the comma by space but here I will use delimeted option to split the comma separated text into the column. in my example i used spilt function for the number after split I am also applied sum function so, you can also split it for word date you have also an option to what format is keep after the split.

1. go to data and

3. choose delimited in step

4. Check comma and click on next

5. now i check it by sum

here in formula, I used sum formula with sum(1:1) because there is no fixed column if we have number of column its automatically sum all data
